Our team operates virtually from our offices in Canada & the US.

Estimates are in US dollars and subject to the following payment terms.

Payment Terms : Web Store eCommerce Customization Services - 50% down and balance in 30 days of *completion of the customization.

* Completion is defined at the time client can view and navigate their web store that has been visually customized with branding and logos and go through all pages and views up to the checkout process, and is not subject to any delays by the client, such as uploading their product catalogue or other content that falls within the client's responsibilities. A temporary product catalogue is supplied by AdVision to help finalize the overall project.

Client Chooses When to Launch: Web store is set to 'Offline Mode', a page telling the public that the web store will open soon or is under maintenance. This restricts access to only AdVision and the client with an offline key. The client can then choose when they are ready to go live and launch by toggling off/on the 'Offline Mode' function.

Once Live, the web store would then be supported by AdVision's support agreement(s).

Monthly Support Subscriptions : Paid in advance automatically by a credit card monthly or a discounted rate of 10% for annual subscriptions.

Please setup your credit card information for auto billing when prompted as you view the invoice or submit by phone.

* Late payment charge of 2% per month is applied to any account 45 days late or older (sorry).

Support & Hosting : AdVision will endeavour to address all issues on a web store reported to us, in a timely manner, however it must be understood that because of the nature of the Internet and the multiple 3rd parties required to customize, host, certify and administer a web store, that there are many factors that come into play that may be beyond the immediate control of AdVision when offering support.

Therefore, any web store under AdVision's support agreement is subject to our clients acceptance and understanding that AdVision eCommerce will not be held responsible and/or culpable for any losses, financial or otherwise in regards to the client's web store's URL resolving and/or its functionality.

Upon notification by the client of any issue, the item will be reviewed and placed into our support system to be addressed, usually within 24 business hours or sooner.

Hosting : Monitored 24/7 and any issues are addressed as a priority. AdVision hosting historically maintains 99% uptime, per industry standards.
